We're based in the US bestie, no we will not be more specific because "somewhere in America, probably in pajamas" is a real location if you believe hard enough. Shipping happens from here too so your cursed little package isn't crossing any oceans to reach you. TL;DR: US-based, extremely online, always available even when we're "offline."

Who tf are we?

We're Broken Doll Club — a small (but unhinged) apparel brand for the chronically online, extremely-terminally-on-the-internet crowd who cope through memes instead of meditation. We make clothes for people who find comfort in chaos, cozy weirdness, and refusing to take life too seriously, because healing doesn't have to look pretty to be real. Basically: if you've ever felt more understood by a group chat than a self-help book, welcome home.

When will I get my order?

Your order's getting packed and shipped faster than you exit a group chat that got weird — once it's out the door, you'll get an email so you can stalk its little journey. Delivery time depends on where you're at, because physics is real and we cannot teleport your hoodie to you (yet, we're working on it, don't rush us). Just know your package is out there living its best life, headed straight for you.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our stuff comes from a mix of local and global manufacturing partners, because we're picky like that — we don't just work with anyone. Every partner is chosen carefully to make sure you're getting quality that actually holds up, not some fast-fashion "wash it twice and it's ruined" situation. TL;DR: we care where your clothes come from.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost depends on where you're at and what's in your cart, because again — physics, logistics, all that boring-but-necessary stuff. The good news: you'll always see the price before you check out, no sneaky last-minute surprises, no rage-quitting your cart over a mystery fee. What you see is what you pay, we're not that kind of website.
